The truth is, you’re helping the cancer industry profit by following the lies they tell you. Doctors and Dermatologists tell you that you need to protect your skin from the sun to prevent skin cancer right? Well These Doctors and Dermatologists who ignorantly THINK they are telling you the right thing were taught to tell you these things so that they can profit from their jobs. This is the case with the whole health care industry that reply on medincine as there way to a healthy life. Without medicine, Doctors wouldn’t have a Job, the priority is themselves and not you.
The truth is, the body needs the Vitamin D from the sun. If theres a lacking of Vitamin D, then there is no protection from many cancer’s including skin cancer and diabetes. So in fact, wearing sun block keeps Vitamin D from entering your body from the sun, and remember sun block is made up of many chemicals that can be harmful to the skin and body. If your a skin cancer victim and your the type that sits in the office everyday behind a computer, use an umbrella to block the sun when your outside, then you now know why you have the disease. If you are dark skinned however; remember you have more melanin which means you are blocking the blocking the Sun’s “Not harmful, but Curing Rays.” This is why sometimes these type of cancers are more aggresive in African Americans.
You must be asking by now: “But what happens if I get sun burn? Explain that!”
I won’t dismiss sunburn, because it does do damage to the skin. However; if you have a healthy diet, you eat raw foods, you have a high intake of Vitamin D, and other dietary supliements, then without a doubt you will find that you can go to the beach and not get sun burn. Now, don’t go out in the sun for say 5 hours and expect not to get sun burn, too much of a good thing is never good, but instead go out for an hour, then increase it the next day to 2, then 3 then 4 and you’ll start to realize that your becoming immuned to the sun’s “Curing Rays.”
You need a healthy diet because the fact is, that your body was made with it’s own sun block, it’s natural protection, which is what you can imagine as an “Antioxidant Sun block.”

It is also known that the chance of dieing from your disease listed above lessens with the rise in your vitamin d levels. It also helps regulate blood glucose levels in diabetics, while having a deficiency in vitamin d actually increases your risk of diabetes.
Many of you are always out of the sun “like I am, ” would probably be saying right now: ” So can’t I just take Vitamin D suppliments like cod liver oil?’
Well, yes you can cod liver oil actually cuts your chance of cancer by 30% but Sun light is proven to be the best source of Vitamin D and it is the source I recommend, because with a healthy diet it will make you look good [tanned] and make you feel good.

This is absolutely true. They do the same thing with many products, claiming that the y help but they do not or even cause that which they are suppose to help prevent. One famous example is diet products, where they substitute real sugar with aspartame; diet drinks, and now all chewing gum. Donot ingest aspartame, it is poison and causes a myriad of health problems: lupus, brain canser etc.
Since learning this
i no longer eat gum or drink any diet drinks or even use sugar substitutes like sweet and low.
